We pride ourselves on our ability to provide service in a timely manner. Every watch ordered before 2.00pm between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day for next business day delivery in the United Kingdom. Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after the arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched (e.g), unworn, unused, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR property until a refund is provided and if approved, will be provided within "30 days of cancellation". If these conditions are not met then a refund will be refused. For wholly unwanted goods we will only refund the purchase value of the product excluding any delivery charges.
